Aeterna Club by Compass (“Aeterna,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the information you provide to us in connection with your use of our website, application process, membership, and any communications — including SMS/text messages — sent by or on behalf of Aeterna.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, insurance information, or full medical records through our website. Clinical health information collected as part of an active membership is governed by a separate clinical agreement and applicable HIPAA protections.

SMS & Text Messaging

SMS Program Disclosure

By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from Aeterna Club by Compass, you agree to receive recurring text messages, which may include appointment reminders, membership updates, health advisory notifications, and marketing messages about Aeterna services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Aeterna Club by Compass will only send SMS messages to individuals who have explicitly provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in. Opt-in may occur through submitting our membership application with the SMS consent box checked, verbally agreeing during a consultation, texting a keyword to our designated number, or completing a web form that includes a clearly labeled SMS opt-in checkbox.

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing goods or services or obtaining membership. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and MetroPCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

A2P 10DLC Disclosure

A2P (Application-to-Person) Compliance Statement

Aeterna Club by Compass sends text messages through the A2P 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) channel, a regulated messaging pathway governed by the CTIA and major U.S. wireless carriers. Our messaging campaigns are registered and approved through this channel.

A2P messaging means our messages are sent from a business platform to individual recipients — ensuring professional, regulated, and accountable communication.

We do not send unsolicited SMS messages. We do not purchase or use third-party lists for SMS outreach. All recipients have individually and explicitly consented to receive messages from Aeterna Club by Compass.

Data Sharing for SMS: We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your consent data is stored securely and used solely to manage your SMS communications with Aeterna.

When you submit an application, become a member, or otherwise provide your email address, we may send you:

SMS Consent is Never Shared. No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers collected for SMS purposes, or SMS consent records are ever shared with any third party for any purpose — including marketing, resale, or data aggregation.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date, notify active members by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and for significant changes to SMS practices, seek renewed consent where required.
