As a surgeon and medical doctor, Dr. Lee Howard has spent his career studying what preserves human performance, resilience, and vitality over time.
What he learned is simple: for those who have built extraordinary lives, success is no longer only about achievement. It is about preservation of health, clarity, energy, and the ability to remain fully engaged in the life they have created.
That is why he founded Aeterna Club.
The Record
Behind the philosophy is a surgeon's training, a discipline built on the premise that decisions carry weight, and the margin for error is small.
Dr. Howard's path began at the University of Tennessee, and led to his medical degree from St. George's University. What followed was the most demanding kind of apprenticeship medicine offers: five years of general surgery residency, the final one spent as Chief Surgical Resident, the resident entrusted to lead the others.
He is board certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery. But a credential, to him, was never the destination. It was evidence of a way of thinking: deliberate, exacting, accountable for outcomes that cannot be undone.
That is the discipline he brought out of the operating room, and built, deliberately, into everything Aeterna does.
